ITS A HOBBIT HOUSE!
So this lovely log box has one drawer. I drew on and wood burned the design onto the front of the drawer by hand. The door knob is also made of wood. The Green door and "brick" colors were done with watercolor paints that have soaked into the wood but still allowing some of the grain pattern to be seen through it. On this box I added preserved moss to parts of the piece and it even has a little honey bee friend I found after it had already passed on. The piece has been coated in a Danish Oil finish, which soaks into the wood and hardens it from the inside out so you should never have to worry about doing anything to it and just enjoy its beauty over the years.
