ITS A HOBBIT HOUSE!
So this lovely log box has one drawer. I drew on and wood burned the design onto the front of the drawer by hand. The knob is a wooden knob that has been toasted just right. The Teal door color was done with watercolor paints that has soaked into the wood but still allowing some of the grain pattern to be seen through it. Some of the natural cracks in the wood have been filled with purple colored resin. It also has portions of the original bark still on the log. The piece has been coated in a Danish Oil finish, which soaks into the wood and hardens it from the inside out so you should never have to worry about doing anything to it and just enjoy its beauty over the years.
