I love bringing nature into the home. Reclaiming a fallen tree, breathing new life into it, and giving it the opportunity to be a source of natural beauty in a person’s home. I am charmed by the natural beauty and whimsy of wood and I try to keep the organic nature of it in my work as much as I can. I go out into the woods and find downed trees to harvest for logs. The size and quality of the log determines what the shape of that particular box will be. Not only are they charming but they are functional. Perfect for storing treasure, valuables, or keepsakes. All of my log drawer boxes are one of a kind pieces because no two pieces of wood are ever the same.
